Power & Mobility Kenya

Africa EV Mobility Expo Kenya 2026

Africa EV Mobility Expo Kenya covers electric mobility as a whole system rather than a single product category: vehicles across passenger, commercial and two- and three-wheeler classes, charging and battery infrastructure, and the fleet, financing and policy questions that decide whether adoption actually scales. It is held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi, East Africa's largest commercial centre and a market where fuel costs and rapid urbanisation have pushed electric mobility up the agenda. The audience is fleet operators, distributors, importers and public-sector planners. For manufacturers and suppliers, it is a route into East African distribution and an introduction to the operators specifying vehicles now.

Africa Food Show Kenya 2027

Africa Food Show Kenya is MIE's food, agriculture and beverage exhibition for East Africa, held in Nairobi and now in its fifth edition. It spans the value chain rather than one end of it — ingredients and raw materials, processing and packaging machinery, cold chain and logistics, and finished food and beverage products — and it is where regional buyers, distributors, processors and hospitality buyers meet international suppliers. Kenya is East Africa's largest food-processing economy and a natural distribution hub for the surrounding region, which is why the show is used as a market-entry point rather than only a sales floor. The show is supported by the group's own Business Intelligence reporting on Kenyan agriculture and food markets.

Africa Food Show Morocco 2026

Africa Food Show Morocco is the North African edition of MIE's food and agriculture portfolio, held at the Foire Internationale de Casablanca. It is positioned around Morocco's role as a processing and re-export platform with preferential access to European, Arab and sub-Saharan African markets, and it follows the same value-chain logic as the group's Kenyan edition: ingredients, processing and packaging technology, cold chain and logistics, and finished products. The audience is Moroccan and North African buyers, distributors and processors on one side, and international suppliers looking for a regional base on the other. It runs alongside the group's trade and electric mobility events at the same venue and dates, so one visit covers several sectors.

Africa Technology Show Kenya 2027

Africa Technology Show is MIE's technology exhibition for the Kenyan market, held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi. It covers the equipment and systems that businesses buy when they digitise and industrialise — information and communications technology, industrial and automation technology, electronics and consumer technology — and it is aimed at the resellers, integrators and enterprise buyers who make those purchasing decisions in East Africa. Nairobi's position as the region's technology and startup hub is the reason for the location: a supplier based there reaches Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and beyond from one market. It sits alongside the group's food, trade and electric mobility events, and it is best suited to suppliers seeking distribution partners rather than end consumers.

China Trade Week Kenya 2027

China Trade Week Kenya is the Kenyan edition of MIE's longest-running exhibition series, held in Nairobi and built on a single proposition: bring Chinese manufacturers face to face with East African importers, distributors and wholesalers. The product range is deliberately broad rather than sector-specific — machinery and equipment, building materials, consumer goods, electronics, automotive parts and textiles — because that is how the region's import trade actually works. For Chinese exporters it is a direct route to buyers without an intermediary; for East African importers it is a way to meet factories rather than traders. The series has run across Africa and the Middle East for over a decade, which is what gives it the buyer lists the individual editions rely on.

The Hotel Expo Kenya 2026

The Hotel Expo is MIE's hospitality and tourism exhibition for East Africa, held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi. It is built for the buying side of a hotel: kitchen and catering equipment, furniture and fittings, housekeeping and laundry, technology and booking systems, and food and beverage supply, alongside the operators, developers, procurement managers and investors who specify them. Kenya's hospitality sector is expanding on the back of business travel, tourism recovery and new hotel development, which is what makes the capital the right place for it. It runs in parallel with the group's food and agriculture exhibition, and it is aimed at suppliers seeking distribution across East African hotel groups and independent operators rather than single-unit sales.
