End-to-end destination services for delegations, trade groups and business travellers.
The destination management arm handles accommodation, transport, on-ground coordination and curated programmes for delegations and business visitors, built around exhibition and conference travel rather than leisure tourism.
It is operated by Massbetter Travel & Tourism L.L.C (est. 2013), MIE Groups' destination management agency. The team manages VIP movements and group programmes, and works on government and investment delegations, product launches, press events, cultural exchanges and international exhibition groups. Massbetter maintains airline distribution capability and is an IATA member; it held EXPO 2020 Partner Status for ticketing services.
